While serving in the Navy, I attended Photography School at NAS Pensacola, Florida, where I learned basic camera functions and darkroom printing skills. I practiced shooting with various film cameras at Navy public affairs events. More recently I have learned how to shoot and edit digital photographs, and I enjoy taking nature photographs on the coast and in the forest parks in Georgia.
